The team brings senior product-management backgrounds from leading UK tour operators, including stints managing African, Indian Ocean, Indian Subcontinent and Middle East programmes, plus ultra-luxury programme management for major UK brands. That matters because product managers know what other product managers actually want to see — the right level of detail, the right format, the right cadence of contact. Bespoke Earth applies that knowledge daily: rate sheets that read clearly, product updates that highlight what is actually new, FAM-trip planning that respects an agent's time.

The portfolio leans into the luxury end of South Africa and the Indian Ocean — including South African boutique product, MICE-friendly venues, and Indian Ocean beach properties — alongside engagement with the wider African and Middle Eastern luxury circuits when the right opportunity arises.
