UK-based luxury travel sales representation for African destinations and properties.
Kusa Connect is a UK-based luxury travel sales representation business founded by Graeme Watson — a co-host of The Annual Africa Tourism Evening. The company exists to do one thing well: put selected African luxury travel properties and DMCs in front of the UK travel trade with personal, founder-led attention.
Graeme has nearly two decades of African luxury travel sales experience, and is a former SATSA Board Director and KZN Chapter Chair. He has spent a lot of his career on the supplier side of the relationship — which means he understands the day-to-day operational realities of the African properties he represents, not just the UK market they're trying to enter. That dual perspective is the core of how Kusa Connect operates.
The Kusa Connect portfolio focuses on properties where there is a genuine fit between the offering and what the UK market actually buys. For UK buyers, working with Kusa Connect means dealing directly with the founder, getting straight answers about availability and rates, and having a UK contact who will personally get involved.
South Africa: A two-stop South African journey that opens in the Cape Winelands at Le Franschhoek — vineyard tables, mountain light and the unhurried rhythm of the valley — before heading to the Eastern Cape coast where Sibuya Game Reserve is reached by boat, carrying guests from the estuary mouth into Big Five wilderness. Wine country to malaria-free safari in a single, easy southern arc.
Tanzania: A northern Tanzania pairing for the classic circuit, anchored above the Rift Valley. Kili Villa offers private-villa seclusion and views toward Kilimanjaro; Rhotia Valley Tented Lodge sits on a hilltop between Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro, a canvas base for the crater and the wider safari trail. Two distinct stays — one intimate, one adventurous — framing the great parks of the north.
