The Annual Africa Tourism Evening puts a small, hand-picked group of African tourism brands in the same room as the UK trade buyers who actually programme and sell African travel — for one focused evening in the heart of London. No exhibition hall, no queue of lanyards walking past your stand. Just the right people, real conversation, and the time to be remembered.
UK tour operators, Africa specialists, luxury travel designers, product and contracting teams, and travel media — the buyers who decide which lodges, camps and destinations reach UK travellers. Every guest is vetted, so the room is buyers, not noise.
At a trade show you compete with a thousand other stands for a thirty-second hello. Here, a small group of co-hosts share an intimate evening with a curated guest list — relaxed, social and built for the kind of conversation that turns into programming.

One way is to co-host The Annual Africa Tourism Evening. A small group of African tourism brands share one evening in London with the UK tour operators, Africa specialists and travel designers who programme and sell African travel. Guests are invited and reviewed, so the room is buyers.
Co-hosts are the African brands hosting the evening together. They share the cost of the evening, each has a page in the public co-host directory and in the event app, each is in front of the room on the night, and each can nominate guests. The organiser discusses the costs personally with a brand that enquires.

It is one evening rather than several days, with about fifty people in one room. There are no stands and no fixed schedule: co-hosts and guests talk over drinks and food, and a short catch-up with a guest can be pre-booked if you choose. Co-host places are limited each year so that each brand has time with the room.
