An African Anthology is a hospitality management and sales/marketing representation firm headquartered in Killarney, Johannesburg. The portfolio is deliberately diverse — intimate ultra-luxe game lodges, family-friendly safari lodges, urban boutique hotels — but the unifying philosophy is consistent: every property is curated around the guest experience, with the operational and sales infrastructure of a much larger company behind it.

The portfolio reaches across Southern Africa. In South Africa, Anthology represents the Kapama Private Game Reserve collection (River Lodge, Karula and Kruger Homestead) in the Greater Kruger, alongside Mjejane River Lodge and Black Rhino Game Lodge. Impodimo Game Lodge sits in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve on the Botswana border. Lejwe La Metsi is a family-focused Big Five property in malaria-free territory. In Zambia, the David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa overlooks the Zambezi within the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, with the Lady Livingstone river cruiser as part of the experience. In Botswana, Saguni Safari Lodge offers a classic Okavango Delta experience, and Elephant Valley Lodge sits near Chobe.

Operationally, Anthology brings 20+ years of hospitality management expertise and a reservations team with nearly three decades of combined experience across direct, online and tour-operator channels. For owners, that means a single point of strategic and commercial contact for properties of varying size and complexity. For UK trade, it means clean reservations workflow, consistent rate management and a portfolio that genuinely accommodates a wide range of guest profiles.

At AATE 2026, the Anthology team will be in London to introduce — or re-introduce — UK buyers to the breadth of the portfolio, including the most recent additions and the operational changes underway across the wider Kapama estate.
