Sales and Marketing Director Natalie Mietz brings over twenty years of luxury hospitality experience to the team and is a familiar face across the UK and Ireland trade. The 3Sixty portfolio leans firmly into the deluxe end of the market: Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve, Grootbos Private Nature Reserve, Sun International's flagship South African hotels (The Table Bay, The Palace of the Lost City, The Maslow Sandton, The Maslow Time Square), the Boardwalk Hotel and Kuzuko Lodge in the Eastern Cape.

The company's strength lies in genuine market knowledge and the kind of long relationships that take years to build. Where bigger reps run mailshots, 3Sixty runs FAM trips, sets up product training, and handles the personal introductions between hotel teams and the tour operators who will eventually contract them.
